Impact of reservation

Hi All,
This blog is created for the purpose of getting view of u all regarding Impact of Reservation On India.
My View: If UPA government will impose reservation in the current form than I am sure that our country will became a under developed nation within 50 years from developing nation. we will create a history in bad sense. There is no alternative of merit any where, once i read one article by Mrs. sudha Murthy that one of her close friend requested her that please give refernce to her daughter as she has completed her degree than Sudha replied like this "tell her to submit her application online to our company website i am sure she will get a call and if she has merit she will clear all the test and get through it and if she can't clear than tell her to change her career path" due to this ideology only infosys is growing like anything. So my friends if our nation has to develop than they have to give topmost priority to merit only nothing else. If Government wants to help backward classes(according to me backward classes should be defined as Economically weak class) they should give financial assistence to them and provide them a chance to compete with out side world.
Hope we will get some more Ideas on this topic......
